Oreo cheesecake

Ingredients:
(Filling) Cream cheese 275g, sugar 60g, 2 eggs, plain yogurt 80g, milk 75g, flour 2.5Ts, Oreo cookies 40g
(Bottom crust) Oreo cookies 90g, melted butter 30g

Changes: used brown sugar & soft-type cream cheese


* For a 15cm cake pan, use 1.5x amount of all the ingredients.

0. Line the cake pan with grease paper. Keep cream cheese, eggs, yogurt, and milk at room temperature. Sift the flour and put aside. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.
1. Remove cream fillings from 130g of Oreo cookies, put them in a ziploc, and crush them with a roller (not too finely, but not too coarsely either)
2. Take out 90g of Oreo cookie crumbs, mix it with melted butter, put the mixture into the pan, and press it evenly on the bottom with a spoon.

3. Take a big bowl, put in cream cheese and sugar and mix until not lumpy anymore.
4. Mix in milk.
5. Mix in yogurt. 
6. Mix in eggs, one at a time. (Make sure to mix them in quickly so they won't separate)
7. Mix in flour.
8. Mix in the remaining 40g Oreo cookie crumbs.
9. Pour in the mixture into the pan and bake for 45-50 mins (or until the mixture doesn't come off when poked with a cake tester)
10. Keep the cheesecake cold in the fridge until served.
