Coconut macaroons

Ingredients: Shredded coconut 250g (unsweetened), condensed milk 250g, flour 60g, salt 1/2ts, melted dark chocolate 50g

* Makes about 25+ cookies.
* May make less sweeter cookies by reducing the amount of condensed milk to 200-220g.

0. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.
1. Mix coconut, flour, and salt thoroughly.
2. Mix in condensed milk evenly.
3. Put tablespoonfuls of the mix on the pan.
4. Bake in the oven for 10 mins (or until slightly brown on the edges)
5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the baked & cooled macaroons.
